Your first day at the bench

Start with one useful job. Add the rest as you need it.

   Set up your shop

   Create your manager account, choose the shop’s local time zone and save your recovery code privately. Complete checkout with the same billing email, then return to My account.

   Bring your staff in

   In My account, open Team members. Create a login for each person and choose their access. Share their details privately. Staff use Staff login and can change their password in My account.

   Make the day easier

   Add your first daily job or customer order. Set up your fridge and freezer locations for AM and PM checks. For stock, enter the opening quantity and cost before recording purchases or sales.

   Save it. Pick it up anywhere.

   Wait for the saved confirmation, then sign in on your next device. The same shop data is available to your permitted team members. Open Your previous data at the bottom of a tool to revisit completed Sunday–Saturday weeks.

   Use Install app to add a shortcut to your phone. Internet is still needed to open the shop, save work and record clock times.
