Subscriptions & terms

Clear information before you choose a plan.

One plan for your shop

Monthly access is A$15 per month. Yearly access is A$150 per year, paid upfront. Both include the toolkit and staff access within your shop. Prices are in Australian dollars; check the final total displayed at checkout before paying.

Create a manager account, save your recovery code and continue to Shopify checkout using the same billing email. Creating an account alone does not charge your card. Paid access starts after payment is verified.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Your subscription renews on its monthly or yearly billing schedule until cancelled. Managers can open My account → Cancel plan, sign in to the Shopify billing portal with their billing email, open Subscriptions and confirm cancellation. Check the portal to confirm the next renewal has stopped.

Cancelling renewal keeps access for the period already paid, unless that payment is refunded or the order is cancelled. Changing a card is available through My account → Update card details. Cancellation does not automatically erase your shop records.

For a billing problem or refund request, email thebutchersbench@gmail.com with your shop name and order number. We review the circumstances of each request. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that apply under Australian Consumer Law. Read the ACCC’s consumer guarantees information.

The free demo

The demo needs no account or card. Its sample data and changes are temporary and cannot be saved to a shop. It does not start a subscription or automatically charge you.

Using your workspace

Managers control staff accounts and permissions. Use individual logins, share credentials privately and disable access when a staff member leaves. Only upload content you have permission to use. Do not attempt to access another shop’s information or disrupt the service.

An internet connection is required. Wait for the saved confirmation before closing a form. Managers can download shop data from My account and print supported reports. Report a problem through Support so we can investigate.

Figures, recipes and shop procedures

Costings and reports depend on the quantities, prices and transactions you enter. Stock does not automatically update from customer orders or a cash register. Record stock movements and use a consistent GST basis when comparing financial figures.

Recipe ideas are starting points for your own product development, not independently validated production recipes. Check the actual ingredient labels, allergens, proportions and your shop’s approved handling and cooking procedures before selling a product. Recorded hours are work records; the app does not calculate awards, payroll or tax.
