I need help signing in
Staff: ask your manager for your username or a password reset. Managers: select “Forgot your password?” on the login page and use your saved recovery code. If you’re still stuck, email us with your shop name.

Managers can open My account to view their plan, update payment details or cancel future renewals through Shopify. Sign in to Shopify with the billing email used for the subscription.

Sign in with the account for your shop to reopen saved records. Staff share their shop’s workspace and see the tools their manager has enabled. Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving a form. The free demo is for practice; its changes are not saved.
